Frozen Critter:

The owner of this artifact, at the start of a war session, may consume the artifact to summon the prehistoric unit "Frozen Tyrant" for a war session. It is rowdy and hard to control, but is certainly intimidating and powerful. This lasts till the end of the war, or it's death.
